"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."

Fees

Sample Session

Please call to set up your free 30-minute in-person or telephone session to give you a sense of how it would be for us to work together.

This 30-minute session will provide you with some valuable insights about where you are in your life right now and give you some ideas for what you can do to feel better and become more aligned with the true you. This sample session is yours free of charge, whether or not you choose to continue working with me.

Counseling/Coaching/EMDR

My fee is adjusted periodically, so please call me to discuss my current rate. A limited, sliding scale is available. At our initial meeting, I will provide you with suggestions for a helpful course of action, including duration and frequency for our work together.

Couples sessions and some EMDR sessions are 75-100 minutes long and are prorated based on my hourly rate.

Coaching requires a minimum commitment of 12 sessions. This allows you to get the full experience and true benefits of the process.

Phone Support

Phone calls are free for the first 5-10 minutes then they are prorated based on the hourly fee and billed in 10-minute increments.

On a Budget?

You choose how often we meet each month. Many clients find that a 75- or 90-minute session twice a month works well.

I frequently offer discounts for purchasing multiple sessions in advance, so be sure to ask about my promotions.

Payment Options

You can pay for services by check, cash or credit card. Please have your check made out before your session to maximize our time together. If you are paying with a credit card, I will keep your card number on file and charge your sessions every two weeks.

Using Insurance to Pay for Therapy

I do not accept insurance clients as an in-network provider. However, if you have a PPO, your insurance may cover therapy. Check with your insurance provider to clarify your benefits and eligibility.
